Enjoy the much-loved venison at Monte Bu.

Start the first days of the year with an honest cuisine full of venison. This year we've got some amazing dishes for you.

For starters, we've prepared a Deer Tataki with cranberries and juniper, and the next course is Pheasant Broth with egg saddle, julienne vegetables and pheasant meat.

You can choose from several options for the main courses.

If you'd like something more traditional, we've prepared a Wild Boar Schnitzel in garlic marinade with peeled grenaille potato chips with chives, and for your next course we have Venison Steak with demi glace with juniper and rose hips, potato croquette, black root and lemongrass.

There is also the traditional Boar Goulash with pepperoni and homemade Carlsbad dumplings or Pheasant Breast in bacon with confit potatoes with onions, baby spinach and demi glace.

As a cherry on top, we recommend one of our desserts, which you will find on the menu.
