Come and enjoy our fresh menu full of Spring.
This year, too, we must not miss a menu full of fresh spring herbs. What have we prepared this time? Once again you will be able to enjoy one or even the whole menu.
For the soup, we have prepared Cream from wild garlic with nut croutons and chervil. The next course is Beef bresaola rolls stuffed with salty ricotta, spring onion cream, bruschetta from homemade bread. This course is suitable as an appetizer or as something little to eat with red wine.
You can choose from two main courses. The first is the Corn chicken supreme with mousseline herb sauce, pea puree and young spinach. The second course is the Rolled rabbit’s back with almond stuffing, sweet potato puree, spring onion and demi-glace.
And it wouldn’t be a complete menu if we didn’t prepare dessert. This time it’s Mille feuille with vanilla cream, fresh raspberries, red currant and blackberry.
