Enjoy the much-loved venison at Monte Bú.

Kick-start the first days of this year with an honest cuisine full of venison. We've prepared some amazing dishes for you this year.

For an appetizer, we prepared Lamb Fillet Rossini, a cream made from Foie Gras, lamb sirloin on bruschetta, cherry chutney and rosemary oil. For soup, we prepared a Pheasant Broth full of meat with an baked egg, and Julienne vegetables.

There are several main courses to choose from.

If you'd like something traditional, we've prepared Deer schnitzels marinated in roasted garlic and lime peel, baked Grenaille and homemade tartar sauce with pickled onions, and for the next course we have Fallow deer goulash with chanterelles sauteéd in butter, bacon dumpling and roasted chilli peppers.

Not missing the popular Sous vide deer steak with blackberries finished on the grill. Served with blackberry sauce, macerated blackcurrants in gin and toasted ricotta gnocchi with marjoram.

As a cherry on top, we recommend coffee with our Emperor's Mess with plum chutney, raisins in Caribbean rum and poppy ice cream.
