We've focused on specialties with a touch of Italian cuisine, taking you and your loved one on a journey through Mediterranean flavors and aromas.

The dishes have been paired with exceptional wines selected with the help of experienced sommeliers from KOREK Wines.

The evening begins with a toast featuring Spiritz Temptation Spritz, a refreshing combination of Chardonnay and Spanish oranges. A delicate touch of freeze-dried strawberries on the palate sets the stage for the entire menu.

The menu opens with a small culinary surprise: Duck Crostino. Lightly smoked Mulard duck breast is paired with truffle burrata and bruschetta topped with chive ricotta. The romantic play of flavors continues with Beef & Beetroot Carpaccio. Thin slices of Uruguayan tenderloin harmonize with marinated Chioggia beetroot. The dish is completed with pomegranate gel and fig balsamic, adding sweet notes to the experience. Parmigiano Reggiano and focaccia with Taggiasca olives bring an Italian flair to this appetizer. For the main course, you have two specialties to choose from:

1) Argentine Fillet – A juicy steak of Argentinian tenderloin, served with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and creamy demi-glace with pink peppercorns. This dish combines simple elegance with the power of traditional flavors. Wine pairing: Merlot, Grand Reserva, Ouhlehla, Nové Bránice

2) Linguine con Frutti di Mare – Light linguine di Gragnano brimming with seafood: shrimp, mussels, calamari, octopus, and Spanish crayfish.
