Our restaurant was the first steakhouse in Brno to have own aging room. We age the meat under strict temperature and humidity control, so-called dry or wet aging, which gives it a concentrated taste and a smooth structure.

The price of the meat is per 100 g before placing on the grill.
Unless you have a special wish, we grill steaks according to the most suitable doneness – MEDIUM RARE.
We recommend a size of the steak at least 200 g.
STEAK DEGUSTATION
We will be pleased to prepare hot stones with various types of steaks. It‘s an ideal opportunity if you wish to sample several types of meats at once. For example, we recommend 4 different types of meats of 100 grams each for tasting.
